A land of inspiration exists in the center of La Pampa Province, Argentine Patagonia, at 37° south latitude.

An almost virgin and unexploited land through thousands of years, but virtuous and capable of protecting some of the most sublime natural charms. Land of Patagonian Maras, wild boars and Lesser Rheas that live in the immense wild lands of Reforma Vieja, surrounded by and unique environment of natural grass and bushes of jarilla, piquillín and white carob tree.

Some time ago it was the land of brave ranqueles and mapuches, today is the perfect place for our animals to develop in an authentic environment, surrounded by the fine pampas air and bronzed by the intense Patagonia sun. Our Farm mixes all native elements of this place, crossed by the mystic Salado-Chadileuvú river for 8 km, that spatter the wild Pampa lands. Our animals grow here, with an infinite adaptation capacity, and a unique rusticity that is only contradicted by their captivating docility

The constant advice and the implementation of innovative tools for this area, have allowed us to trace an agricultural approach that wisely combines techniques for the agricultural intensive exploitation of the natural grazing lands, rotational pasture and the constant follow up of rodeos, trying to keep the best sanitary quality in our animals.

There is a high rationalization of resources with our own elements, adapted to this areas, with a rational interpretation of the Rational Pasture Voisin principles, applied to the environmental characteristics, all combined with new mechanisms such as a portable water hole, that allows us, by using electrical fences, correctly measure the areas, according to the pasture offer of the area to eat and the amount of animals forming part of this rodeo.

Since 2004 our farms have been declared as "Full Organic" by the organic quality norms of Letis SA, aligned with the norms of the European Union, the Japan Agriculture Standards (JAS) and the BIOSUISSE norms and the National Organic Program in the United States, among other notorious European and American institutions.

This decision was originated by the mission we assigned ourselves, linked to the utmost respect for our surrounding environment and the sustainable exploitation of our natural resources. Within the reach of these concepts, the flora of our farms becomes an ideal place for the organic apicultural development.

For this, since 2005 we started the project and execution of an organic apiary controlled by Letis as International Certificate Company, actually in full production of autochthonous non migrating flora honey, and in constant growth.

In spite of our near localization to these lands, in the family we have developed deep links with the Pampas Arid West and mainly with the fight of the Pampas people for their rights over the Atuel River.

With the construction of the El Nihuil Dam, in Mendoza, the waters of the Atuel River were interrupted in their natural path to the south, therefore to the Pampas territory, for over 25 years. The deep alteration of the ecosystem resulted in the desertification of hundreds of thousands of hectares, which meant the disappearance of old human towns and the lost of a vast and fertile area of the Pampas West.

In 2003 the creation of a Water Resources Secretary was proposed to fight for the Pampa's rights over the river. So, in 2005, a group of representative of La Pampa Province was received, for the first time in history, in the building of the Superintendence of Irrigation of the Mendoza Province. Architect Marcelo E. Braga and Lic. Mariano E. Braga were part of this group of 6 people, as representatives for the West Pampas producers.

This historic meeting in Mendoza was the starting point to coordinate other meetings, such as the one held on February 2006, in the Mendoza government building, where different projects were presented, tending to solve this old conflict.
